Flex is the diversified manufacturing partner of choice that helps market-leading brands design, build and deliver innovative products that improve the world.Job Summary- To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we're looking to add a _Business Excellence Manager_ located in _Guadalajara, North_._- Reporting to the Sr Director, Operations Engineering, the Business Excellence Manager role involves_ _being responsible for continuously driving a culture of excellence in the organization, coaching and enabling waste removal activities using lean and six sigma approaches and tools and guiding actions to a sustainable conclusion._What a typical day looks like:- _ Work as a change agent and drive lean and six sigma activities._- _ Responsible to eliminate waste and create value by reducing variation in the processes to achieve sustainable results throughout the organization and segment._- _ Utilize Continuous Improvement (Kaizen) techniques, initiate process improvements, cycle time reductions,



cost reductions and other activities aimed at reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in the process._- _ Drive and yokoten the identified best practices based on the agreed timelines.Create and validate processes/standards based on standard work and BPs._- _ Conduct lean and six sigma training and accelerate the proliferation of Lean culture thru out the organization by co-leading and co-facilitating Lean Deployment._- _ Perform assessment of LMT Operation/Supply chain/Office and drive initiatives to close gaps.Actively participate in the selection and executions of lean and six sigma projects._- _ For assigned special _project/segment/customer_ priorities to formulate and propose strategy of Lean Coach and facilitate Lean Transformation activities through Kaizen workshops and Small Group Activities._The experience we're looking to add to our team:- _ BA/BS/MBA or equivalent work experience_- _ Intermediate-Advanced_ Excel_- _ Fluent English_- _ Experience in continuous improvement and 5's methodology_- _ Availability for travel._- _ Nice to have Green belt Certification_- _ Nice to have Lean and six sigma experience._- _ Current Visa_What you'll receive for the great work you provide:- Competitive Salary.
