risks and dependencies with a focus on Lean flowEnsure we integrate and receive user feedback early and oftenConduct retrospectives and RCAs and follow up on actions to drive relentless improvementProvide guidance and mentoring to Scrum Masters and other program managersProvides transparency into Program health plugged into appropriate operating mechanismsEnsures KPIs are defined, measured and adhered toCan integrate into early adopter processesMonitor risks and issues, implement mitigation plans, and escalate concerns as needed.Support the execution of compliance-related initiatives such as IRAP, FedRAMP, and ISO *****.
Track and report on project progress using tools such as Aha, Jira and Confluence.Collaborate with cross functional stakeholders to document project requirements, success metrics, and timelines.Support regular stakeholder updates and briefings, including executive-level reporting.Foster a culture of collaboration, performance, and accountability within the team.Who You'll Work WithYou will work with Product Managers, Product Owners, UX, Architects, Engineering Managers and Scrum Masters to ensure there is a properly prepared backlogBachelor's degree in computer science or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience as Program/Project ManagerExperience leading medium-to-large scale programs with cross-functional stakeholders using an Agile development approachCurous to learm and experiment with AIWhat You Will BringPMP/PgMP CertifiedTech savvy with prior experience as a developer or tester, understanding modern software development practicesExperience with multiple Industries; financial, retail, etc.Experience with cloud technology and delivering software-as-a-serviceExperience leading programs with integral teamsExperience using AIExperience using, and deep understanding of, Lean, XP, Scrum, Kanban, SAFeExcellent influencing, communication, presentation, and facilitation skillsLI-DL1
