_A warm and inclusive primary school in Aston is seeking a dedicated TA to support pupils with higher needs in a full-time role starting in September.This is a rewarding opportunity to work closely with children who have a range of additional needs, including nonverbal communication and complex learning profiles.You'll be an essential part of a nurturing team, helping pupils engage, communicate and thrive in a classroom environment.




**Your Role**:- Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with high-level SEND needs- Support children with nonverbal communication using visual aids and structured routines- Collaborate with the class teacher and SENCO to deliver personalised learning- Encourage social development and build pupil confidence- Adapt resources to meet individual needs**We're looking for someone with**:- A Level 3 qualification in Supporting Teaching and Learning, or equivalent- Experience supporting children with SEN, particularly autism and communication needs- A calm, patient and proactive approach- Ability to follow EHCP targets and support strategies- A calm, resilient, and patient approach- A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs**Why Work with Long Term Futures?
