We are seeking a dynamic **HR Manager** based in Mexico City to lead and enhance our human resources function in the region.This is a mid-level role ideal for someone who brings energy, adaptability, and strong experience in fast-paced environments — particularly within the technology or consulting sectors, with exposure to Oracle consulting being highly desirable.You'll be part of a global team and will serve as a critical partner in aligning HR strategies with business goals.A strong grasp of U.S. business culture and HR practices is highly valued, as many of our clients and stakeholders operate in that market.Key Responsibilities- Lead HR operations in Mexico, including employee relations, performance management and compliance.
- Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on local HR policies, employment law, and workforce planning.




- Partner closely with general HR teams and business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Support recruitment efforts, especially for technology roles, ensuring top talent and onboarding.
