Descripción y detalle de las actividadesSupports the Opex Project Manager in the health of the Cost Reduction program:- Follow-up with assigned areas on savings projects to ensure the project's health in terms of scope, time, quality, and cost.
- Collaborate in the generation of VAVE (Value Analysis, Value Engineering), Blitz, Kaizen, or other continuous improvement events.
- Support project leaders in costing savings projects such as labor, overhead, material, and freight.
- Support in completing savings metrics and reports as needed.
- Participate in the development, coordination and implementation of Lean initiatives (as required).
- Understanding of Value Streams processes and metrics, to detect opportunities for improvements.
- Process analysis: Operations time studies, Bottle neck elimination, Line Balancing.
- Lead the planning and execution of Rapid Improvement Events or Just Do-It to eliminate waste from processes resulting in improved productivity.
- Perform other functions as assigned.Experiência y requisitos3 years in similar position, project management,



operational excellence, continuous improvement, cost reduction program, six sigma.Working in a Lean environment, implementing Lean principles and continuous improvement-based tools and techniques required (e.g. 5S, standardized work, Lean line concept, FIFO systems, Kanban system, supermarket system.
- Intermediate MS. Excel and Power Point.
- Project Management as AGILE, SCRUM, KANBAN, PMP.
- Business Intelligence: Power BI or similar.
