**Knowledge**:- English intermediate- Office- Solidworks**Experience**:- Knowledge of the manufacturing process- Knowledge of Y14.5 and ASME standards- Hands-on design software (SolidWords or Catia)- Basic knowledge of Office suite- Technical skills based on mechanical and electronic assemblies- Integration line balancing- Implementation of assembly fixtures and detection controls- Flowchart management, assembly route improvements, and fault detection- Volume calculations and ergonomic designs on assembly lines- Quoting and purchasing assembly structures and fixtures- Analyzing customer requirements and defining test cases using different techniques.
**Responsibilities**:- Review of technical specifications- Review of assembly drawings and their potential dimensional conflicts- Review of assembly lines and analysis of possible improvements- Review of assembly flows and detection of potential assembly failures due to design and assembly issues- Generation of DFM reports to be discussed with the client- Review of drawings and tolerance analysis.
