ꔷ Working as part of a team to ensure department KPI's are met, particularly with regards to response times and client satisfaction levels.Qualifications:ꔷ 2+ years of customer service experience.

ꔷ Ability to work 24/5 shifts, aligning with forex market hours, including nights as needed.
