We are looking for a passionate and strategic Leadership and Development Director to design, implement, and lead programs that foster professional growth and enhance leadership capabilities across the organization.This role plays a key part in aligning training initiatives with our business goals and company culture.Key Responsibilities:Identify training needs and design learning strategies aligned with business goals.Develop and deliver engaging training content (in-person, online, or coaching).




Evaluate program effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.Manage the L&D; budget efficiently.Lead and mentor the Implementation Coaches team.Collaborate with HR and leadership to drive talent development.Stay current on L&D; trends and continuously improve learning programs.
**Requirements**:Bachelor's degree in human resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles.Proficiency with learning platforms (LMS, e-learning tools).
