**OPERATIONS MANAGER / GENERAL MANAGER - BARBERSHOP (ENGLISH REQUIRED)**Bodega Barbers - Mexico City**Salary: $5,000 MXN per week**Bodega Barbers is a premium barbershop in Mexico City serving an international clientele and operating with high operational standards.We are seeking a highly responsible, organized, and trustworthy Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and protect the integrity of the business.This role is adecuado for someone who enjoys structure, accountability, leadership, and long-term growth in a serious business environment.Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily operations of the barbershop- Open and close the shop with the receptionist- Manage register opening and closing and ensure all cash and card transactions match daily totals- Handle cash control, documentation, and discrepancy reporting- Supervise and support receptionist and barbers to ensure standards are met- Enforce shop rules and issue sanctions when necessary- Track employee attendance, schedules, and time-off requests- Conduct weekly inventory and coordinate restocking- Place orders with suppliers and coordinate payments with ownership- Manage laundry services and register related expenses- Review social media content submissions and send to ownership for approval- Act as HR and conflict-resolution buffer between staff, clients,
