Job**Responsibilities**:Our Medical Appointment Setters are responsible for making calls to patients to set up an appointment.This position will also explain programs and procedures.Must be Bilingual in Spanish/English.Responsibilities include:- Consistently use a professional, courteous approach to facilitate communication with patients.
- Schedule appointments and record reasons for visits on the patient notes in the scheduling software system.




- Inform patients of any preparation or special requirements for their appointments- Provide travel directions to patients when necessary.
- Verify coverage and benefits through the online process for each appointment.
- Follow established guidelines for the use and/or disclosure of protected health information.
**Qualifications**- 1+ year of experience in call center or medical reception.
- Excellent phone presence and communication skills.
- Motivated by targets and performance-based incentives.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Passion for helping others.
