**Position Purpose**:Assure production and facilities equipment availability.To provide solutions to the company requirements.Principle Duties and Responsibilities:Essential Functions:- Develop preventive maintenance routines.
- Implement improvement projects.
- Ensure safety.
- Follow procedures and manufacturer's recommendations to maintain the goals of the department and customer satisfaction.Perform other duties as assigned.Other Requirements:- Shift Availability.
- Microsoft Office.
- 2 years of experience with CMMS maintenance system (IE, Maximo, MP2, Infor).
- Strong adaptability and collaboration.
- Teamwork skills.
- Strong customer service attitude.
- English spoken and written 85%.
- Communication skills.
- Project Management mid to high impact (Safety, quality, cost).
- Knowledge in equipment and building maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical,



electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing Tools implementation and Project Management.
- Knowledge of PLCs (Programmable Logic Control and HMI).
- Construction Blueprints interpretation and CAD drawing creation.
- Use of measuring and control equipment.
