**Ramos Arizpe Manufacturing**- Human Resources Generalist_**BASIC FUNCTION**:Responsible for obtaining, developing and retaining personnel needed to support the business requirements of the company.Performs general Human Resource duties including employee recruiting and retention, employee communications, management and team development, formulation/enforcement of employment practices and regulatory compliance reporting.Assists management in team/management development programs**REQUIREMENTS**:- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in the Human Resource or relevant field.
- Professional accreditation preferred.
- At least five years of professional experience in management and/or organizational development, and with experience in recruitment/employment practices, employee relations, compliance reporting.
- Strong organizational, planning, human relations and communication skills.
- Independent action required within the limits of standard practice.
- Strong computer skills in word processing and spread sheets.




**SPECIFIC DUTIES**:1.Plans and develops programs (i.e., orientation, training, development), accompanying procedures and forms for program administration.2.
Coordinates overall recruiting efforts3.
Development and compliance of sound employment practices.Communicates such practices to all employees through policy, procedures and employee handbook.4.
Develops and coordinates employee communications programs.5.
Processes employee data in HR systems including payroll and benefits.6.
