- Communicate the voice of customer to the Core team during the launching stage.
- Gather and keep updated the CSR from the customer and communicate it to the core team.
- Perform gap analysis audits for the diferent processes such SOP lines, inspection processes, PCRs.
- Evaluating the performance of the lines per station Cpk / Cgk for measurement system.
