You will become part of the **RIU Class Department**, the loyalty program of Riu Hotels & Resorts, which rewards loyal guests with exclusive benefits.You will support members in **English and Spanish**, manage the points system and benefits, and respond to inquiries about our hotels worldwide - all in a warm and dynamic environment with daily challenges and continuous learning opportunities.
**Your responsibilities**:- Communicating with hotels, front desks,
