With mínimal guidance execute facilities services and repairs of moderate complexity including custodial, furniture set-ups, moves, event set-ups, engravings, and grounds work.2.
Assist employees in routine duties, techniques, and department goals.3.
Perform basic repairs or equipment installations, painting, and small carpentry repairs.4.
Accurately complete all stocking, ordering, and custodial related duties and ensure the proper care and maintenance of equipment and supplies.5.
Follow and promote continuous improvement of workplace safety, environmental practices, area processes, and waste reduction opportunities.7.

**_ Required Qualifications_**Ability to independently operate custodial related equipment and use applicable chemicals, supplies, hand, and power tools.Ability to perform basic repairs including carpentry, painting,



and equipment installation.Demonstrated ability to effectively and efficiently complete projects and tasks.Read, understand, follow, and strictly enforce safety procedures.Work various shifts, hours, and days depending on workload.Possess a valid driver's license.High School Diploma or equivalent.Strong writing, documentation, and speaking skillsAbility to learn new skills and assume new responsibilitiesAbility to work cooperatively in a team environmentBackground check results satisfactory to SELNegative drug test result(s)**_ Preferred Qualifications_**4 years of experience in commercial facility maintenance and operations.Experience with maintenance, repair and installation of HVAC, electrical, and/or plumbing.
