L2 Production Support Engineer:Job Description Mandatory Skills:- Strong in Unix- Strong in writing SQL queries.
- AWS knowledge and minimum hands on is preferable- Knowledge on any other scripting/Coding languages - preferably JavaDetails:- Actively provide support for resolution of L2 issues with detailed analysis.
- Also help with code fixes and rigorous testing where required- Good knowledge of Unix, SQL and scripting languages- Work on supporting Product servers and clients on cutting-edge platforms.
- Work effectively in collaboration with other team members- Provide technical feedback and support to Development teams Perform detailed RCA of issues in production, and implement corrective actions Validated collaboration and communication skills, being able to lead in a integral environment- AWS certification is added advantage**About NTT DATA
