Role OverviewThe SAP Service to Cash Senior Consultant is expected to perform high-quality project work for our customers, continue to build the SAP S/4HANA Service to Cash capability in North America, and foster its continued growth within our Operations Excellence service unit.
This role requires an entrepreneurial mindset, will be responsible for the strategic direction for MHP Americas SAP S/4HANA Service to Cash consulting services, and will set actionable objectives, create a culture of accountability, and take a hands‐on leadership approach to execution.
The focus is on ensuring the quality of services for the existing client base, cultivating relationships with new customers, developing new business opportunities, and continuously adjusting offerings according to market demands.ResponsibilitiesWork on challenging projects in management, process, and technology consulting with a focus on the Automotive and Discrete Manufacturing industriesDevelop innovative concepts and implement sophisticated consulting solutions in the fields of Service to Cash and SAPDeploy optimized concepts in terms of process, quality, and costFoster long-term relationships with clientsIdentify and lead business development opportunitiesAchieve a strong reputation as a business advisorTake over responsibility as (sub) project team leaderQualificationsEducationBachelor's or Master's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering,



Information Systems or equivalent educationExperience4+ years of work experience in the consulting industry4+ years of SAP Service and/or CS module experience4+ years of experience in the Automotive sector (preferred)4+ years of SAP Order to Cash experience (preferred)3+ full SAP lifecycle implementationsSAP S/4HANA experience and/or training (preferred)SAP S/4HANA certifications (preferred)Strong domain expertise in the business area of ServiceProfessional demeanor with a strong customer focusAnalytical and structured working attitudeTravel RequirementsPercentage of travel required: up to 100%Physical RequirementsThis job operates in an office environment.
