We want to leverage your skills and years of experience to drive positive results while ensuring a bright future for yourself and RXO.What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeAssess and adjust staffing requirements to maintain the highest possible level of quality service to our customers, while maintaining the lowest possible expenditures of overtime or excess labor expenseOversee all supervisory functions, including developing and mentoring supervisors and coordinators; ensure the regular use of metrics and system tools in conjunction with the operational metrics review standardsFunction as liaison between Account Managers and operational staff on all policy and procedure changes or implementations; investigate all significant issues to determine root cause and correction procedure, initiate incident report when necessaryCoordinate all procedure and document changes, comply with all quality policies and procedures, attend any required quality meetings, and ensure that all quality initiatives are adequately communicated to entire operational staffIdentify opportunities for process efficiencies and work with operations team and System Engineers to create specifications and implementAnalyze quantitative information and apply professional judgment to resolve issuesMaintain departmental budget and ensure compliance to it; actively participate asdepartmental representative in planning, scheduling, budgeting and policy development and administrationWork with HR and upper management on any disciplinary issues and institute corrective action; actively participate inthe hiring and/or termination processEssential RequirementsAvailability to travel occasionallyAbility to quickly learn and achieve proficiency in new software applicationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audienceAbility to perform complex analysis of data, processes, policies, procedures and/or systems; produce unambiguous, comprehensive, and accurate interpretations+8 years of progressive experience on different mode of transportation and customs related operations.Experience on lead teams and +3 years in a supervisory or management roleAbility to manage budgets, interpret supply chain KPIs, and analyze data to reduce costsExcellent crisis management, problem-solving, and cross-functional communication abilitiesCustomer contact experienceExpedited operation experienceEnglish Proficiency (conversations)Additional ResponsibilitiesAbility to work a versátil schedule as dictated by supply chain and operation demands.Ability to mentor, coach, and develop teams to maximize performance and support career growth.We are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
