Sail Point ISC EngineerContract | Immediate Start | Americas (Guadalajara, Mexico Preferred)We're supporting a global enterprise seeking an experienced Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC) Engineer to join their Identity & Access Management team on a long-term contract.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on the development, configuration, and enhancement of a modern cloud-based identity platform.
The successful consultant will work within a collaborative IAM team, delivering scalable identity solutions while supporting ongoing platform improvements and integrations.
The contract runs through April ****, with a strong possibility of converting to a permanent position.
Candidates should therefore be open to future relocation to Guadalajara, Mexico, if required.
Key Responsibili- ties Design, develop and configure solutions within Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC/Identity N
- ow).
Build and maintain identity lifecycle management processes, provisioning workflows and access governance capabilit
- ies.
Develop and support integrations between Sail Point ISC and enterprise applications, directories and identity provid
- ers.
Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability and operational stabil
- ity.
Collaborate with security, infrastructure and application teams to deliver identity management soluti
- ons.
Participate in platform enhancements, testing, deployments and continuous improvement initiati
- ves.




Provide occasional out-of-hours/weekend support when required for planned activities or critical issues.

Strong, hands-on experience with Sail Point Identity Security Cloud (ISC/Identity
- Now).
Proven experience developing and engineering solutions within Sail Point
- ISC.
Experience with identity lifecycle management, provisioning, access requests and govern
- ance.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving sk
- ills.
Experience integrating Sail Point with enterprise applications, directories and cloud serv
- ices.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work within integral technical teams.
Ess- ential Direct commercial experience with Sail Point ISC (Identit
- y Now).
Strong engineering/development background within Sail Point ISC.
De- sirable Experience working within large enterprise or regulated enviro
- nments.
Knowledge of Identity & Access Management (IAM) best pra

Experience supporting cloud identity platforms in production environments.
