Brief Job Description: -Reporting to the Project Delivery Program Manager, this position provides an excellent opportunity to enhance professional growth and development.Responsibilities and Measurement Criteria with Time investment Needed on Each: -(This will describe the overall core responsibilities of the role, decision making responsibilities etc.)- Assist with the preparation of project specific documentation such as (but not limited to):- Regularly reviewing and managing backlog with plant- Providing Oracle based support for the Anderson team which presently operates in IFS- Production delivery information / coordination- Participate in daily production meetings- Represent Vertiv on customer calls on behalf of Reynosa- Ability to solve problems logically.
- Follow department procedures and participate in the development of new and existing best practices, procedures and template documentation.
- Be able to collaborate with team members as well as work alone.




- Administration in the management of projects from inception to on-site delivery and client hand over.
- Adaptable to meet project demands and deadlines.
- Be versátil to travel to site and support project commissioning activities for developed solutions.Qualifications: -Required/ Minimum Qualifications: -- Experience in customer relations, project coordination with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience in a similar role.
- Strong background in Microsoft 365 tools (powerpoint, excel, outlook, teams, access, etc.)Additional / Preferred Qualifications: -- Be efficiently organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks- Excellent written and oral communication skills- International site travel is an essential requirement for this position- Relevant experience in an Engineering / Manufacturing environment#J-*****-Ljbffr
