• Resolve issues related to document imaging, workflow, indexing, user access, and system performance.
• Work closely with end users and IT teams to diagnose problems and apply fixes or patches.
• Maintain system uptime and ensure smooth integration with connected business applications.WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR:• Strong knowledge of OnBase configuration, diskgroups, and Application Server administration.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in English.
