This person will be responsible for sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, conducting initial interviews, organizing the hiring pipeline, and helping us move quickly with qualified applicants.This role requires strong English communication skills because many of the positions we hire for require English-speaking candidates who will work with our U.S.-based team.We need someone who can identify real talent, spot red flags early, and help us avoid wasting time with unqualified candidates.ResponsibilitiesSource candidates in Guadalajara through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and local recruiting channelsPost and manage job ads across LinkedIn and other hiring platformsReview resumes and filter candidates based on role requirementsConduct initial screening interviews in EnglishEvaluate candidates for English level, professionalism, work experience, and role fitCoordinate interviews with hiring managersKeep candidate pipelines organized and updatedSend interview invites, follow-ups, rejection messages, and next-step communicationsHelp create and improve job descriptions, screening questions, and scorecardsTrack candidate status and provide regular hiring updatesRecruit for roles such as marketing specialists, media buyers, sales reps, admin assistants, creative team members,
