Team Function:
This focus on growing and reporting on the local organic performance of our agent websites (agents.).
They will report to the SEO Lead.
Participates as a team member to develop marketing projects and new product designsto assist the field in achieving Farmers' growth, retention and product density objectives.
Responsible for developing action plans and deadlines, tracking project status, testing, and evaluating quality assurance of products and promotions.Essential Job FunctionsThis candidate will focus on local SEO efforts for our agents including the agents.

They will be responsible for coordinating with our website vendor, distribution team, and content to grow traffic and increase the number of organic leads for our agents.
Develops project plans, schedules and measures project success.
Assigns, or works with other business units to achieve project objectives.
Ensures all project summaries, progress reports and all out of scope changes are written and reported within the project schedule.
Manages detailed tasks, project deliverables and schedules throughout the project development.
Identifies project risks and priority issues.
Participates as a team member on multiple projects.
Leads internal and external team meetings as required.
Performs other duties as assigned.
