**Responsibilities**:
- **Support the Foreign Trade Manager and Team to ensure Compliance to Mexican**
**Import/Export Regulations as well as acting as guardian of Internal Operational Procedures.
**
- **Conduct periodical audits to the operations to identify process deviation and improvements.
**:
- **Monthly audits of the 5% of the operation to identify possible risk of compliance with**
**customs legislations.
**
- **Ensure the report operations are complete and correct against authority databases.
**:
- **Ensure that the record keeping for customs purposes is complete and available.
**:
- **Conduct Customs Agents evaluations to rate their performance and ensure they meet**
**expected Compliance Levels**
- **Prepare the monthly documentation required to comply with the annex 24.**:
- **Ensure the support documentation of the preferential duty certificates is correctly stored.
**:
- **Ensure the HTS codes and preferential duty treatment catalogues are updated.
**:
- **Archive the HTS criteria determination.
**:
- **Ensure that the Compliance risks and process deviations have a corrective action**
**implemented.
**
- **Advice the impact of the modification in the regulations applicable to our operations.
**:
- **Participate in the creation and implementation of good practices in operational and**
**administrative processes to increase their efficiency and quality.
**
- **Participate and prepare training on operational and technical processes in foreign trade**
**matters.
**
- **Provide information and documentation to solve the corresponding internal and external**
**audits and compliance processes.
**
- **Participate in the development of the objectives and their action plans as well as comply**
**with them.
**
- **Receive, safeguard and transform into Excel format the databases of the authority (Data**
**Stage).
**
- **Support in the development of the operating procedures.

- **Update the contact directories of internal clients and suppliers.

- **Participate in the implementation of new systems.

- **Participate in the integration of new operations or business units.

- **Support the operational team when needed.
