Senior OSM Development Consultant – Remote Mexico
We're seeking a proactive and results-orientedSenior OSM Development Consultantto join our telecoms team.
This role focuses on designing, developing, and configuring order orchestration flows and related components within Oracle Communications Order and Service Management (OSM).
You will play a key role in integrating solutions across OSS/BSS systems, ensuring compliance with business needs, technical standards, and best practices in OSS architecture.What You'll DoDesign, configure, and maintainorder orchestration modelsin Oracle OSM (versions *******).
Create and maintainOrder Recognition Rules, Order Lifecycle Policies, Task Automation, and Process Flows.Integrate OSM with otherOSS/BSS systems(BRM, Siebel, UIM, Inventory, Service Activation) using native APIs andTMF Open APIs.ImplementSOAP/REST web servicesfor system integration, leveraging JMS, x Query, and middleware adapters (Web Logic, OSB, SOA Suite, Kafka).
Analyze and resolveincidents and defectsin OSM environments, applying root-cause analysis and performance optimization in complex orchestrations.Document configurations, APIs, and solution designs, while ensuring compliance with architecture standards and methodologies (TM Forum ODA, e TOM).
Participate incode reviews, integration testing, and performance validation.Collaborate with business and IT teams inAgile and Waterfall projects ,
