Position: FP&A; Analyst Department: Finance / Global FP&A; Employment Type: Full-Time Location: Guadalajara, Jalisco (Hybrid work) This position requires onsite attendance three days per week at our office located in Providencia, Guadalajara, Jalisco.
Position Summary CoreX is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented FP&A; Analyst to join our growing Finance team within a multinational technology organization.
This role supports financial planning, forecasting, reporting, and business analysis activities across general operations.
The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with curiosity, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset.
You will work closely with Finance and cross-functional teams to deliver insights that support strategic and operational decision-making in a fast-paced technology environment.
What you get to do in this role: - Support monthly closing, forecasting, annual budgeting, and long-range planning processes.
- Analyze financial performance, operating expenses, SaaS/business KPIs, and variances versus forecast.
- Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and executive presentations for leadership teams.
- Assist in revenue, headcount, and cost analysis across departments and regions.
- Maintain and improve financial models and reporting tools.
- Collaborate with teams such as Operations, HR, Sales, Product, and Accounting.
- Support automation and process improvement initiatives within FP&A; reporting.
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across financial systems and reporting outputs.
Required experience and qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration,



or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in FP&A;, corporate finance, accounting, consulting, or other analytical roles.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
- Experience using AI tools to improve efficiency and expand team capacity.
- Advanced English communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience in technology or multinational companies.
- Experience supporting enterprise clients in a delivery or services environment.
- Familiarity with NetSuite/PSA systems.
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization tools.
- Basic financial modeling and forecasting experience.
