Job Duties and ResponsibilitiesAllocate the necessary manpower resources to perform planned and unplanned preventive maintenanceMonitor planned and unplanned preventive maintenanceSupervise planned corrective maintenance of machinery and equipment in order not to affect production due to failuresMonitor unplanned corrective maintenanceManage the maintenance staff in charge efficiently to reduce equipment downtime, thus ensuring the operation of production lines.Select equipment and spare parts for the machines in order to maintain an adequate stock that allows the continuous operation of these
