This role will provide hands‐on exposure tobenefits administration, total rewards analytics, and cost optimization initiatives , while partnering closely with regional and general Rewards colleagues.
This is an excellent opportunity for a student interested incompensation, benefits, HR analytics, or finance , and who is eager to learn how organizations design and manage competitive and cost‐effective rewards programs.This rolemay be eligible for conversion to a full‐time positiondepending on performance, business needs, and position availability.QualificationsCurrently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources,



Business Administration, Finance, or a related fieldStrong analytical and quantitative skills; comfortable working with dataProficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas); experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plusInterest in compensation, benefits, and total rewardsStrong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information appropriatelyEffective written and verbal communication skillsFluent in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferredAbility to work as part of a collaborative Rewards team, learning from teammates while contributing ideas, analyses, and support across initiatives
