The SAP OTC Consultant (Experienced Associate) supports end‐to‐endOrder to Cash (OTC)processes withinSAP ECC and S/4 HANAenvironments.
This role focuses on configuration, implementation, and support of OTC solutions, working closely with cross‐functional teams to deliver scalable and high‐quality SAP solutions for general clients.
Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and configure end‐to‐endOTC processes , including Order Management, Pricing, Billing, Invoicing, Credit Management, and Revenue Recognition.
Participate inSAP implementations, rollouts, and enhancements , from requirements gathering through testing and hypercare.
Collaborate with technical teams (ABAP) to translate functional requirements into technical specifications and ensure correct solution delivery.
Executefunctional testing (SIT/UAT) , defect resolution, and process documentation.
Provideproduction and post‐go‐live support , including issue analysis and root cause resolution.




Work closely with business stakeholders to understand process needs and recommend best‐practice SAP solutions.
Ensure compliance with Pw C delivery standards, documentation, and quality guidelines.
Required Qualifications1–3 years of experience as anSAP OTC / SD functional consultant.
Hands‐on experience withSAP ECC and/or SAP S/4 HANAOTC processes.
Strong understanding oforder‐to‐cash business flowsand integration points with FI, MM, and other SAP modules.
Experience supportingtesting cycles, documentation, and client-facing activities.
Advanced English proficiency.
Preferred SkillsExposure toS/4 HANA transformations or upgrades.
Experience working with global or US‐based clients.
Knowledge of SAP best practices and standard solution design.
Strong communication, problem‐solving, and teamwork skills.
