**FULLY REMOTE POSITION. MUST SPEAK AND WRITE EXCELLENT ENGLISH.**
**Key Responsibilities**: Main focus areas are family-based immigration to include adjustment of status, removal of conditions, naturalization and NVC/consular processing of immigrant visas. Some business immigration at times.
**IMMIGRATION LEGAL ASSISTANCE**
- Open cases in INS Zoom; Prepare rep agreements in Adobe Sign
- Prepare all forms for immigration cases in INS Zoom
- Prepare filings including required documentation and supporting evidence for attorney review
- Check documents against the DOS reciprocity table
- Enter, calendar and maintain attorney case reminders, reports, receipt and approval notices
- Prepare priority date reports
- Undertake research where appropriate
- Draft case supporting documentation
- Contact government agencies on case-specific inquiries
- Maintain USCIS case status online system for attorney
- Prepare routine correspondence
- Maintain and update standard guides, form letters, and other information
**OTHER**
Undertake any other duties which may from time to time be required.
**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills; high attention to detail
- Strong analytical, evaluative, critical thinking skills
- Proficient in all Microsoft Office Products; Adobe; INS Zoom; Vonage
- Ability to manage time, prioritize work,
and handle diverse assignments
- Good sense of humor

**Qualifications**
Two years’ experience working in an immigration law firm; proficient with adjustment of status, removal of conditions, naturalization, and consular processing, among other areas. Must speak and write English at a high fluency level.
Pay: $300.00 per hour
