The _Senior Technical Recruiter
- Software and Technology _will be managing a variety of software engineering roles. Our team is growing across the USA and in Guadalajara. Therefore, we are seeking someone locally in Guadalajara who is highly seasoned sourcing top SDE Talent. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who can collaborate with tech leaders and who wants to make their mark in a fast-paced expanding organization.
**Responsibilities**:
- Partner and advise other recruiters by role modeling our culture 5Cs and sharing a high level of expertise. Support cross-functional requisitions, if needed, as an agile, utility recruiter. Stay abreast of trends and innovative recruiting techniques to support recruiting enhancements and share best practices with peers. Point person to participate and lead projects that support recruiting enhancements.




- Proactively provide requisition and hiring status updates to hiring managers, leadership, and HR partners

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 years+ of technical recruiting experience.
- Fluency in english and spanish.
- Strong LinkedIn presence and usage for sourcing.
- Deep experience in recruiting software engineers, technical project managers, technical program managers, software development leaders.
- Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse talent
- Experience in compensation and general legal/HR Compliance requirements as related to
