**Descripción y Requisitos**
**Education and Experience**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Industrial, Supply Chain or Related Fields
- Minimum of 3 years of Manufacturing or Factory experience
- Experience in automotive business
- Experience in mechanic assembly process
**Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities**:
- Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills
- Risk Assessment and Mitigation skills recommended.
- Excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, and prioritization skills
- Proven ability to function independently and multi-task
- Must have ability to remain versátil in a dynamic high pressure work environment.
**Duties and Responsibilities**:
- Maintains manufacturing operations Areas in terms of production, deliveries, quality, manning, maintenance, Manufacturing costs, etc.
- Meets production and quality control standards + delivery dates and prevent operational delays.
- Provides guidance to the new manufacturing programs,



including personnel requirements, material needs, and tooling and equipment needs.
- Coordinates manufacturing activities with all other functions of the organization
- Reviews production and operating reports and directs the resolution of operational, manufacturing, quality, engineering and maintenance problems to ensure minimum impacts
- Coordinate with HR team needs in recruitment and training of new personnel.
- Ensure that operations team follows safety and security procedures.
- Monitor teams turnover; identify key factors that can be improved; make improvements.
- Ability to effectively present information to top management.
- Advanced PC skills Proficiency in use of personal computers, Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
