**Responsibilities**:
- Understands the products and can work with Engineers to turn CAD models into User manuals with heavy graphical content combined with clear and precise verbiage.
- Work with Vertiv New Product Development Introduction to identify/define documentation repositories.
- Provides technical documentation to internal Vertiv groups.
- Develop content in alternative media forms for maximum usability, with a consistent and cohesive voice across all documentation. Documents with heavy use of graphical content is desired.
- Monitor and update all documentation and guidance related to regulatory and recycling initiatives.
**Education & Certifications**:
Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or equivalent experience.
**Requirements**:
- 1-3 years industry experience as an effective technical writer.
- Ability to follow,



create and organize testing and instructional procedures.
- Basic mechanical CAD tools and Graphics Software experience. Exposure to CREO, Solidworks or equivalent is a plus.
- Experience in Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw or equivalent graphics software is required.
- Excellent planning, organizing, documentation and communication skills, with a keen eye for details.
- Experience working with engineering to improve final user experience: design, UI, and help refine content and create visuals and diagrams for technical support content.
- Ability to multitask and operate in cross functional Integral Development Teams.
- Proficient in English
