- Evaluation of labor estimates and definition of manufacturing systems for new projects or programs that are in regular production, for local and foreign plants, both traditional SMT technology and electronics.
- Coordination activities for the integration of new programs in the plant.
- Coordination and support in integration of automation projects.
- Layout definition of new manufacturing lines.
- Segment capacity analysis.
- Complete MSD (manufacturing system design /DFM (design for manufacturability) analysis for all new programs.
- Vendor management of expenses associated with the purchase of material for parts presentation and visual control for new programs, according to MQ1/MQ2 business needs.
- Development of shelving and presentation of parts in compliance with ergonomics aspects.
**My Background**:
- **Industrial Engineer Degree**:
- **+3 Years of experience in similar position**:
- **Knowledge of Print Circuit Board, Conformal Coating (SMT), Final Assembly (Material Flow and Material Handling in line) processes**
- Reading and analysis of customer drawings
- Knowledge in Time Takings by Element and Manual and Automatic Station Balancing (Content Loading))
- **
AutoCad (Layout)**
- Database of times per element.
- **
Advanced English (communication at different levels)**
- Excel intermediate level (macros)
- Communication skills and coordination of activities.
- **
Knowledge in PFD, PFMEA, PPAP.**
- Good attitude, team player.
