**Primary Function of Position**:
This position completes payments and controls expenses by receiving, processing, verifying, invoices according to Mexican GAAPs, Corp.



Financial procedures and Tax Ruling, FA analysis and maintains vendor’s fiscal files updated.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Process account payable transactions
- Maintain timely payment of vendors, utilities, and service providers
- Prepare vendor files to comply with new fiscal rules
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions
- Prepare paper work for VAT Reimbursements and other fiscal documents
- Supports Fixed Assets & CAPEX analysis
**Qualifications**:
**Skills, Experience, Education, & Training**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or related field
- 3 + years Accounts Payable experience (required)
- Advanced Excel skills, SAP experience (desired)
- Bilingual English-Spanish +60%
- Good understanding of Mexican Tax and purchasing receiving process (desired)
