Bachelor´s Industrial engineering
Bilingual: Spanish and English
10 or more years manufacturin experience
5 years of experience in a similar position
Knowledge:
Demonstrated background in delivering results and imporving KPIs Associated with the project
Proven leadership skills, with a strong focus on working with different teams with a culture of continuos improvement and meeting performance expectations on-time
Control of the supply chain
Administration of purchases of raw material as well as the coordination of correct supply
Supplier performance evaluation and negotiations
Direct, guide, evaluate and supervise works teams
