**Line Maintenance Planner**
**Your task and Responsabilities**:
- Progressive Maintenance & PSS standards implementation.
- Top failures follow-up.
- Preventive and Corrective Maintenance works coordination.
- Problem Solving coordination for failures and breakdowns, including A3R/A3L actions implementation.
- Basic conditions preservation for productive equipment.
- Continuous Improvement for Maintenance Plans.
- Issue/Close Maintenance Notifications Z1/Z2 in SAP. - Vertical Startups implementation/assurance.
- Technical Training for Operators.
- Assure Safety topics compliance, including Behavior Based Safety, Near Miss reporting and CAPAs implementation Main Deliverables: - OEE contribution and related KPIs fulfilment: MTTR, MTBF and Maintenance Plan Adherence - UPDT elimination - Zero losses contribution - A3R/A3L for failures and breakdowns.
**Who you are**:
- Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent qualification) in fields such as Industrial Engineering, Automation, Mechatronics or Electromechanics
- 5 years of experience in maintenance of pharmaceutical production equipment.



- +2 years Leading Maintenance teams.
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (Advanced / C1)
- Technical Knowledge
- Total Productive Maintenance
- Operational Excellence tools for Plant Maintenance
- Pharmaceutical Formulation and Packaging equipment for solid dosage forms (FBD, Mixing, Sieving, Tablet Press, Blister, etc) - Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
