**Your day to day**
- This would be for the **2nd shift (Night Shift)**:
- Optimize the manufacturing methods (Continuous improvements).
- Analyse all the possible root causes of any Manufacturing Problem to find and establish the best solution to meet with Time, Cost and safety.
- Development and Implement Manufactory process job Instruction (SOP)
- Provide complete, Clear and precise information for all assigned products.
- Accountable for ensuring assigned products Key process indicator (Daily Management).
- Ability to make proposal cost reduction projects.
- Qualification and validation of all new operations and processes including DOEs, validation protocol writing, execution, data analysis and executive summary reports
- Supports new product development and helps ensure a smooth transition into production.
**What you bring to the team**
- Engineering Bachelor degree in Industrial, Electro mechanics, Mechanics, or equivalent
- Must have of 5+ years of experience as manufacturing engineer.
- Daily Management activities.
- Development and Implement Manufactory process document (SOP, ECO’s, Deviation)
- Follow up Costumer Compliance CAR’s
- Advance Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing Tools: (Takt Time, Advance Line Balnce,7W)




- Knowledge on Manufacturing Process such as: Crimping, Welding, Laser, Adhesive, Molding,
- Knowledge on Lay Out Software (AutoCAD).
- Knowledge in 3D software.
- Advance Problem-Solving Methodology (8D, A3 THINKING, PDCA, Q.C Story, Kaizen)
- Meddle statistical Analysis Skills.
- Meddle project management
