**WHAT TO EXPECT**
As an innovation leader, we look for ambitious, forward thinking, open-minded and well-rounded individuals to join our global team. Located in our Santa Fe office, 3D content is revolutionizing everything, from renders to interactive 3D web sites, and Gates wants to include that as part of its content strategy, and your role as a 3D designer will help to make this happen.
You will also be called upon to support the Creative Solutions team with your general know how. At Gates you will have the opportunity to flex and showcase a variety of skills as a member of a dynamic integral creative team.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Creating 3D content
- Use 3D industry-standard software to create, texture, map, render and animate different kinds of content for Gates.
- Collaborate with the other artists in the GGCS team to discuss ongoing projects.
- Create storyboards to visualize scenes.
- Receive feedback from the different clients at Gates and edit your designs based on that.
- Troubleshooting any problems that arise during work on a project.
- Meeting with clients, designers and collaborators to discuss and review projects and deadlines.
**ABOUT YOU**
- 2 - 4 years of experience in similar positions.
- College degree in a 3D design related field, like Industrial design, engineering, architecture, etc.
- A strong portfolio of product visualization and design work.
- Fluency in both written and spoken English.
- Experience of working with international teams and/or managing international projects.
- Must be proficient in Task management software.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Must be willing and able to work in a collaborative setting with a diverse group of internal and external customers and vendors.
- Strong organizational skills and superb attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- An eye for composition, realism, texture, color and lightning artistic skills.
- First-hand experience taking projects from concept to design.
- Ability to iterate and evolve concepts with constructive feedback.
- Must be available to work onsite at our Santa Fe, Mexico location
- Adobe Platform basic skills.
- Microsoft Windows and office skills
