We're looking for a Scrum Master, that facilitates the adoption and practice of Scrum principles and practices, coach the team on Agile methodologies, promote collaboration and communication, remove impediments that hinder progress, and foster an environment of continuous improvement.
**Resposibilities**
- Responsible for managing the scrum process
- Coordination of scrum team in agile methodology
- Responsible for removing impediments
- Arrange and coordinate daily stand-up meetings
- Arrange demos
- Ensure team is following agile processes
- Help product owner to create and manage backlog
- Conduce retrospective meetings
- Organize and plan sprint planning meeting
**It can be a perfect match if you meet...**
- BS in Computer Science.
- 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
- Scrum Master certification
- Experience with Agile tools, such as Jira, Trello, or Agile Central
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Advanced level of English
