**Descripción y Requisitos**:
**DeEscrituraion**:
- Provide leadership and supervisory guidance for the maintenance group.
**Key responsibilities/essential functions include**:
- Monitoring and reporting of daily performance of production equipment and systems. Directly accountable for the daily operation of equipment and its readiness for production.
- Oversee the proper execution and documentation of preventive maintenance activities.
- Provides advanced troubleshooting and maintenance support on process machinery, facilities, and systems.
- Provide training and leadership to maintenance technicians in areas of technical troubleshooting, manufacturing processes, equipment functionality, maintenance techniques, and company policies.
- Adhere to safety codes and guidelines and safety info dissemination within the maintenance team. Be the safety representative for routine maintenance.
- Other duties, as assigned, or as business needs require.




**Required Qualifications**:
- Three years of experience with maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
- B.S. degree in Engineering
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- 2 years previous supervisory experience in the medical maintenance field and/or facilities equipment areas. Knowledge of cGMPs, change control processes, FDA-regulated industry documentation practices.
- Leadership and communication skills
- Experience as supervisor
- 3 years of experience with mechanical, electrical, electronics, and PLCs, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
