General Purpose
Regional Supply Manager’s main responsibility is to run and develop the customer order
process including capacity-, production
- and allocation-planning.
He/She is acting as process manager for the order management process
Regional Supply Manager is member of regional Supply Chain
- and Global Order
Management
- team and will report solid to the Head of Procurement & Order
Management and dotted to Regional Supply Chain Director.

- Active member of the global order process team together with other
Regional Supply Manager
- Continuously develop process and management to world class
- Continue LEAN implementation - strategic for R&P;
- Reduce production costs by best cost allocation within the region and
global
- Develop Order Management process according to Kaizen
- Maintain accurate data in SAP including routing times, capacity, production
related product data, WO status, inventory balance and other production
related data
- Continuously standardize and develop processes with regional and global
organization
- Networking
- Work with Integral Order Management organization in order to continuously
reduce the lead times and improve order
- & production planning process
- Work with regional COE, Manufacturing unit
- and procurement manager to
continuously increase data quality and process automatization
- Develop & lead people
- Aim is to raise the order management process to world class by




implementation of SAP PP module transparent data based driven
production planning. Regional Supply Manager has task to identify
capability caps and continuously develop people.
- Other regular leadership & management tasks defined by Metso or Rubber &
Poly-Met management
- Participate in Strategic and annual planning
- Manufacturing unit management system development and execution
- Development and performance discussions and other HR processes
- Safety management

- Process Manager Order Management within the Supply Chain Region
- Decides about allocation and capacity utilization within the Supply Chain Region in
order to achieve the agreed targets
- Leading dedicated order management organization within the Region

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- You have minimum 8 years’ experience in production planning
- Proven records in use of Process improvement methods
- Proven records in change management
- Advanced in LEAN
- Your management style is analytical, your decision is based on data and you have
capability to make right decision fast.
