Job Description Summary
This Position will analyze historical data and trends to identify areas of opportunity and risk to the operations, Purchasing and Planning teams. It will coordinate inventory data management along with the overage of inventory levels with Senior Leadership.
**Job Description**:
The regular activities of the Sr. Inventory Control Analyst are:
- Establishes performance metrics for measurement, comparison, or evaluation of factors affecting inventory.- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials.- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.- Monitories inventory levels and usage reports to ensure that reordering points are accurate.- Identify, prioritize, develop, and implement complex cross-functional inventory control process improvement.
The periodic activities of the Sr. Inventory Control Analyst are:




- Coordinates between Purchasing and planning any shortages or risk that are foreseeing to minimize impacts in production.- Reviews PPV’s with Purchasing and communicates with Finance.
The eventual activities of the Sr. Inventory Control Analyst are:
- Helps the Warehouse crew on P.I Preparation and Coordination
Education- Bachelor’s Degree on Engineering or Administration
Knowledge and Training- Understanding of statistical analysis and parts forecasting methodologies.- Highly Proficient in Microsoft Office- Excellent written and verbal communication skills (documentation, communication with peers, supervisors, etc.) Bilingual.- ERP Systems and MRP Functionality is a must.
Experience
- 5+ Years’ Experience in Purchasing, Planning or Related departments.
