**RESUMEN - JOB SUMMARY**:
Los practicantes serán capacitados con tareas que les brindarán experiência y oportunidades significativas para su aprendizaje, en la cual se estima que dure alrededor de 6 a 12 meses para ayudar a completar proyectos departamentales.
- Interns will be trained with assignments that will provide them with significant experience and opportunities for learning, the period is estimated to last from 6 to 12 months to help complete department projects._
**ACTIVIDADES PRINCIPALES Y RESPONSABILIDADES - ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Apoyo en las actividades relacionadas al Departamento. _Support in activities related to the Department_
- Apoyo en el desarrollo de cambios y mejoras en los procesos. _Support in the development of processes’ changes and improvements._
- Participación y soporte en eventos KAIZEN y proyectos. _Participation and support in KAIZEN events and projects._
- Llevar a cabo diferentes tareas desde el inicio hasta el término con cierta supervisión. _Carry out different tasks from start to end with some supervision._
- Formular proyectos en cada uno de los procesos o unidades de negocio en la empresa. _Create projects in each of the processes or business units in the company._
- Formular los planes de acción a corto, mediano y largo plazo.

- Ayuda a la administración de las operaciones de la organización y del grupo a planificar e implementar las acciones correctivas menores necesarias para garantizar el cumplimiento continuo de las políticas y los procedimientos. _Helps the organization management and group operations to plan and implement minor corrective actions necessary to ensure continued compliance with policies and procedures._
- Promoción y práctica del Sistema de Gestión de Calidad, que permita medir, controlar y vigilar la efectividad de los procesos y procedimientos internos de la organización. _Promotion and practice of the Quality Management System, allowing to measure, control and monitor the effectiveness of the internal processes and procedures of the organization._
**EDUCACIÓN EXPERIENCIA, CERTIFICACIONES Y HABILIDADES - EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS**:

Habilidad y conocimiento de paquetería office. _Skill and knowledge of Microsoft Office software._
**Bilingüe - Bilingual**:
