**In your new role you will:
- Train FAE and customer on technical details of part/system
- Provide second level technical support to our FAEs
- Interface to Integral team and Level 3 support
- Collect customer requirements for new products
**You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- BS or MS in Electrical Engineering or similar with 5+ years of experience
- Fluent in English
- Ability to diagnose problems that go beyond what is covered in the datasheet and user manual
- Ability to interact well with multiple groups teams locally and globally
- Background in automotive sensors is desired
- Experience with communication protocols/interfaces to various micros desired
- Ability to analyze customer requirements communicate them clearly to product definition team
- Excellent communication/presentation/training skills
