Currently we’re looking for a passionate **Operations Dispatcher** who would be responsible for developing and maintaining carrier relationships, offering custom, sometimes out-of-the-box transportation solutions that exceed our customers' needs, while delivering outstanding service.

- Shift**:10:00 PM - 7:00 AM 4x4 (Meaning you work 4 days and you rest the following 4 days)**:

**What will you do?**




- Drivers' monitoring and control from loading to unloading (by telephone);
- Drafting of contracts and agreements;
- Coordination of drivers on the flight;
- Communication with customers;
- Problem solving of different levels of complexity.
**Who are you?**
- Bachelor's degree in International Relations/Business or related field
- at least 1 year of experience in ground transportation services
- Previous experience in a night shift role is preferred.
- Customer service experience
- Effective communication with customers/team
- TMS experience (preferred)
- Crisis management skills
- Detail-oriented; Self motivated; Analytical; multitasking
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Excellent knowledge of systems: MS Office, Excel and web browsing
- English level**:Advanced **_**(required)**_
