**We are searching for the best talent for Senior Maintenance Projects Facility Engineer to be in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico**
**Purpose**:
To maintain the facility and its systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) in optimum conditions.
Under general supervision, supports the design, planning and development of construction projects and architectural modifications to the building. Works as a team with EHS department and contractors’ safety engineers to keep safety on all construction processes of the project. Execute the project in adherence to CAPEX BP. Works in collaboration with the FM team to deliver projects according with J&J; guidelines.
Keeps records and documents all relevant information of the project. Keeps metrics and meeting reports, financial reports.
**You will be responsible for**:
- Assure outside contractors for building systems, i.e., HVAC, Plumbing, etc. are available and are aware of EES requirements.
- Design, planning, and development of constructions projects and or architecture modifications to the building.
- Build, execution and follow up on construction projects, providing professional assistance during all project development.
- Construction projects scheduling control and built specifications to comply accordingly with J&J; policies.
- Responsible for following up and enforcing J&J; and/or Mexican Government safety policies, rules, and regulations.
- Follow all company safety policies and other safety precautions within the work area.
- Comply with J&J; EHS&S; Policies and Procedures.
- Supports supplier evaluations for major services/products as needed
- Comply with QMS such a Pest Control, Cleaning, Critical equipment Maintenance scheduling, CME environmental management System (EMS).
- Follow J&J; and EES records management policies for convenience information, records retention schedules, training and education, document hold notices, records cleanout, inactive records and information management, vital records, and third-party vendor if applicable.
- Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level.
- For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in a manufacturing environment/ Construction and/ or medical device industry preferred.
- Previous experience in supervision preferred. May be required based on position level within job family.
- Bachelor’s degree in mechanical, Civil or Electrical Engineering Degree with proven facilities maintenance expertise.
- Must possess a clear theoretical and practical ability of the fundamental engineering techniques applicable to the function.
- Show a deep technical knowledge of equipment and facility systems and documentation control systems in a regulated manufacturing environment.
- Skills in the use of PCs and software related to their activity (MS Office, ACAD, MS Project).
- Ability to manage projects, limits, scopes, and duration.
- Knowledge of project management principles and methods, tools, and techniques.
- Capacity for interpersonal relationships.
- Communication at all levels.
- Oral and written skills in both Spanish and English.
- GMP / ISO knowledge preferred.
- Knowledge of Systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) and clean room preferred.
