We are hiring an
**What You Will Be Doing**
- Provide proper follow-up to assigned tasks and proactively updates project status.
- Inform project contact (Project Coordinator/Requestor/Designer) of missing information.
- Requests kickoff call with project owners and involves Space Design team members when appropriate.
- Defines type of deliverable needed for each project and confirms due date in coordination with Global Design Studio Designers and project managers.
- Provides Project Documentation and Specification Documents when requested (shop drawings, pack & go, BOMs, SIF files AutoCAD & Revit drawings) that are validated, and value engineered.
- Supports Project Managers by calling out possible site issues based on construction documents.
- Prepare audit & release orders to order entry, including PO ordered items. Audit Sales orders and prepare installation documentation. Solve on-site issues during installation. Document as-ordered and as-built files (Revit, CET, BOM, PDF, SIF).
**Who You Are**:
**Required Skills and Competencies**
- Bachelor’s degree in architecture or interior design.
- From 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- 2+ years of industry experience in construction and installation for corporate spaces.
- 2+ years of industry experience in Furniture and equipment and installation for corporate spaces
- Experience in construction and supervision.
- Advanced English is a must.
- Proficient in Architectural drawing, Documentation, and rendering software, such as PowerPoint, InDesign, CET, AutoCAD, Sketchup, Escape.
- Project based experience with Revit Architecture.
**Preferred Skills and Competencies**
- Can work with multiple internal projects simultaneously.
- Understands architectural construction drawings.
- Knowledgeable about interior design and space planning.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience providing architectural graphics, installation drawings, and executive project.
- Familiar with North America architectural codes, electrical codes, and seismic codes.
- Familiar with technology integration into built spaces
- Practical and technical understanding of FF&E;, building materials and elements, structures, and construction.
- Strong collaboration and team-building skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English both written and verbal.
