**Your Job**
- Lead the NPI Engineering team at the manufacturing site and coordinate activities among different design centers for new product introduction.

**What you Will do
- Coordinate the analysis, design, costing and validation of tooling and machinery required for manufacture new products from protypes up to series production.
- Lead and coach the engineering disciplines under NPI, such as: Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Component Engineering, Automation Engineering, DFx Engineering.
- Act on escalation and conflict resolution during new product launching phases.
- Lead the development of new process technologies and capabilities at the manufacturing site.
- Responsible for NPI Engineering Strategic planning.
- NPI KPI's accountable for fulfillment
- Lead and promote PBM among direct and indirect reports.
**Who you are**
- 8 Year experience in related Engineering areas
- Advance knowledge in Manufacturing, NPI or Process Engineering.
- **Leadership skills to manage engineering teams during new product introduction phases.**:
- Program Management knowledge/experience (Budget, Scope and Timing)
- Solid experience negotiating with suppliers. Tooling and machinery supply base development.
- International Quality Standards knowledge
- APQP methodology knowledge.




- New Product quoting solid experience.
- Experience working with design teams from early stages to serial production (POC, EV, DV, PV) and DVPR.
- Knowledge and experience on DFx.
- Experience with automated manufacturing solution and integrations.
- Expertise in statistical tools applied to manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge and deep understanding of OEM's way of work

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Master's desired
- English Professional level
