At D. Catcher, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager for a integral manufacturing company. In this position, you will oversee and manage all warehouse activities, playing a key role in inventory management, stock control, and optimizing operations.
**Role Description**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee all warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and order fulfillment.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize warehouse efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure compliance with safety, health, and security standards in the warehouse.
- Supervise and train warehouse staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Monitor and control inventory accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits.
- Establish and maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely order fulfillment.
- Collaborate with procurement and production teams to support the planning and scheduling of material flow.




- Utilize warehouse management software to track and record all warehouse activities and transactions.
- Prepare and analyze various reports related to warehouse operations, inventory levels, and customer orders.
- Evaluate and recommend improvements to warehouse processes, systems, and layouts.
**Qualifications**
- Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
- Experience in manufacturing companies (preferably not highly structured nor too automated)
- Prior experience in implementing process-from-scratch would be desirable
- Proficient in using warehouse management software and systems like SAP
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish
